Dear Ones.
Here's a final reminder for this coming week's class.
As I wrote last week, only 3 classes left in this Fall '07 season.
Wednesdays, November 14 & 28 and December 12.
Winter 08 Season starts up in January.
I'll announce the new schedule towards the end of December.


Day : Wednesday, November 14
Time: 8-9:30 pm

Where: The Round Room @ 230 Central Park West, NYC @ 83 Street.

What: Mantra, Kirtan, Meditation, and Teaching Talks
w/David Freeman, accompanying the chanting on tabla

Level: All are welcome.
If you're just beginning to explore these practices, this class offers an excellent introduction.
If you've been at it for awhile, the class provides a sanctuary for your ongoing work.

Bring: Seating on couches, chairs, and the floor. We have a small supply of cushions for
floor-sitting, but if it's easy, to bring your own, please do. Also not a bad idea to bring a
bottle of water. *** As the group expands, we really can use more cushions, so please,
if possible, please bring your own.***

Cost: Only Suggested donation : $25
